2Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location if higher.
  • You must be located where sweepstakes-style games are permitted by law.
  • You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

3Nature of the service

Mafia777 is a social sweepstakes platform offered for amusement purposes. Game credits are used to play and do not constitute a bank deposit or an investment. Game results are determined by third-party providers and are random.

4Top-ups and redemptions

  • Top-ups add credit to your wallet and are generally non-refundable once credited.
  • Redemption requests may require identity verification and are reviewed before payout.
  • We may delay or decline a redemption if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.
  • You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your winnings.

5Acceptable use

  • Do not use bots, scripts, or exploits, or attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Do not share, sell, or transfer your account or credits.
  • Do not use the platform for money laundering or any unlawful activity.
  • Do not harass other users or our staff.

6Bonuses and promotions

Daily bonuses, wheel spins, and other promotions are subject to their own conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Abuse of promotions may result in forfeited rewards.

7Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect other players. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

8Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Mafia777 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by third-party game providers or payment services.

9Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
